Refund Policy

We value our clients and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy:

• Single Sessions (KinWell 1-on-1 or EX Consults):

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Monthly Programs (TrainWell, KeepWell, KorpWell):

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no sessions or consultations have been used.

  • After 7 days, or once services have been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

• Special Circumstances:

  • At our discretion, credits or partial refunds may be issued for medical reasons or emergencies.
